The Pistakee Bay Fireworks show will take place on July 9th, with live music starting at 4pm, and fireworks at dusk. Join us at Oak Part Lounge and at Pistakee Bay to watch the show over the Chain O’Lakes. For Fireworks in McHenry County, look no further!
What is the Pistakee Bay Fireworks Show?
The Pistakee Bay Fireworks show is a one-of-a-kind event held annually in Johnsburg, Illinois. It’s our very special way to celebrate our independence, held around 4th July each year. This spectacular fireworks show is enjoyed by thousands of residents from Johnsburg, McHenry County, Chicagoland and across Illinois. It’s a fantastic show that brings people together, including local residents and those looking for an alternative to Chicago 4th of July fireworks.
Established in 2004, Pistakee Bay Fireworks is a company that’s owned and operated by friends and family; it is a beloved part of our community. We’re proud to showcase safe and well-orchestrated fireworks that have left our neighbors in awe for the past 17+ years!
It’s Not Too Late to Donate!
The Pistakee Bay Fireworks Show is entirely funded by kind donations and fundraising efforts. Please consider sponsoring the event, or donating however much you can afford. Donations of time, money, effort, and equipment, are all hugely appreciated.
Our sponsorship structure is as follows:
- Silver $250-$499
- Gold $500-$999
- Platinum/VIP $1000
There are many fun ways to get involved and raise money for the event; below, we outline just a few.
Pistakee Bay Super Raffle Tickets
Raffle tickets are still available this week, and funds go towards supporting the show! Visit Oak Park Lounge to pick up your Super Raffle tickets, for the chance to win a grand prize of $3000. There will be 8 winners in total, with a minimum prize of $200.
Enjoy a Hog Roast
Raise money for the Pistakee Bay Fireworks show with a hog roast and live music. Join us at Oak Park Lounge on Saturday, from 2 pm. Bonus: The winner of the Super Raffle will be drawn at this event!
