HEALTH DEPARTMENT OFFERS NO COST HEALTH A1C BLOOD SUGAR TESTS
McHenry County Department of Health (MCDH) has scheduled no cost A1C blood sugar screening clinics on June 24 at Fellowship of Faith Church in McHenry or July 22 at St. John the Baptist Catholic School in Johnsburg. In addition to the no cost A1C testing, for $25 residents may opt to have a wellness and health screening, which includes a cholesterol and blood glucose screening, heart age questionnaire, blood pressure check, and educational consultation. All screenings are done by finger stick, non-fasting, and private, with results available immediately. Results will be given to clients so that they may share them with their doctor. McHenry County residents can make an appointment for the A1C screening or the Wellness and Health screening at www.mcdh.info. Questions? Call Carol Waggoner at 815-334-4580.
TEMPORARY ACCESSORY STRUCTURES PROHIBITED!

The Village first provided notice of this matter last fall. If you have not yet removed your Temporary Accessory Structure, please do so immediately to avoid costly citations.
