CHURCH STREET ROAD IMPROVEMENT
Due to the ongoing budget impasse in Springfield, the Illinois Department of Transportation is temporarily halting construction on all state funded roadway projects until a budget resolution is reached. The Church Street Reconstruction Project is one of the roadways that will be affected by this shut-down. During this time, Curran Contracting will only be performing limited roadway maintenance and traffic control within the reconstruction area. We are hopeful that this situation will be resolved swiftly and will be sending out additional notices once IDOT allows construction work to resume.
